CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointments are so very important to us. We love setting aside time just for you! Although we know schedule adjustments need to be made from time to time, we respectfully ask for 48 hours notice with cancellations or reschedules. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. When reserving an appointment time we will be requiring a card placed on file for all new clients. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the service fee being charged. Day of cancellation or no show will require the service to be paid in full before rescheduling your appointment.
